We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, with a small mountain close by and a medieval castle just a short walk away. The hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services, with spacious and clean rooms that are equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is fantastic and always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were impressed with the excellent breakfasts and very good dinners that were offered. The hotel's wellness center is great, with a variety of spa and relaxation facilities available. this place provided us with a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience.

I was absolutely thrilled! Very nice, courteous staff, beautiful spa area, the view of the castle was breathtaking. We were very happy and would like to come back soon!

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the amazing location of the hotel, set in a historical and beautiful building surrounded by greenery. The buffet-style meals offered a wide choice of traditional and continental foods, both tasty and fresh. The wellness facilities were excellent, with various indoor and outdoor pools and saunas, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The air conditioning did not work properly in our room, resulting in an overly warm environment that made sleeping uncomfortable. we were disturbed by the constant barking of a dog nearby, which was quite frustrating and difficult to ignore.

The rooms are very nice ! The wellness area is very nice and clean and offers many possibilities ! The food is very good and rich ! The staff is very friendly and courteous !

Employees hardly speak German. Information in German would have to be more. The relatively few pool deck chairs were occupied by the guests with their towels, so that we only found 2 free deck chairs on 1 day.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with breathtaking views of a medieval castle and the small mountain nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with both outdoor and indoor pools, various types of saunas, and evening live music programs. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner served buffet-style with lots of variety. The staff was friendly and always welcoming, making us feel right at home.

This hotel is perfect for a family getaway or a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of a medieval castle and easy access to a small mountain for a morning run or hike. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. the staff is very helpful and provide a friendly atmosphere. The swimming pools and saunas are excellent and well-maintained, making for a great day of relaxation. a wonderful experience for those in search of a peaceful break.

One minor downside is the language barrier with some staff members who do not speak English very well.

Easter breakaway with my family was a lot of fun. The staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, and the food was superbly delicious. The location was stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and ancient landmarks. The on-site entertainment kept the kids occupied while we soaked in the various pools on offer. We especially enjoyed the medieval show that was put on for guests, complete with horse riding and archery.

The rooms were not up to our expectations. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was faulty, leaving us feeling hot and sticky.
